Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Psychiatrist to fill a part-time position in Southern California. The Psychiatrist will be experienced in providing individual psychotherapy and prescribe appropriate treatment plans, therapy, and rehabilitation programs. Essential duties include: conduct psychiatric assessments and make diagnosis, prescribe appropriate treatment plans, coordinate the work of consulting medical specialists, act as a physician member of a multi-disciplinary team, prepare reports and maintain record of activities, conduct and direct individua psychotherapy, consult and work with other medical professionals when necessary, maintain records or diagnosis and treatment, and develop comprehensive case histories. Qualifications:
Professional licensure as a Psychiatrist by the Medical Board of California. Minimum 2-4 years’ experience. Have required MD or DO level. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
