Physician – Psychiatrist (Outpatient)

Central Valley California

Salary:  $186,000 - $226,000

Leading behavioral health clinic in Central Valley California is currently looking for a Psychiatrist to fill an opening at an outpatient clinic that services Central Valley area.  Ideal candidate will hold a current unrestricted license to practice in the state of CA and have Board certification/eligibility in Psychiatry.

Responsibilities of the Psychiatrist

• Treat primarily adults

• 100% Outpatient Setting

• No call

• Perform initial evaluations and follow ups

• Perform Evaluations and Medical Checks

• Provide Education to patients, families, and the community

• Perform other duties as required

Requirements of the Psychiatrist

• Medical degree; MD/DO

• Board certified/ eligible American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology

• Medical License and valid DEA License or applied

• Must be comfortable with electronic medical records

• Possess the core values of integrity, competence, compassion, and creativity

• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and set appropriate boundaries and limits with clients
