Looking for an Psychiatrist for these clinics. This is a new position with a great need for Mental Health services. Designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are a community-based “one stop shop” offering a range of clinical, outreach and social assistance services, which our providers and allied professionals deliver using a patient-centered model of care. Patients now receive services at all three of our clinic locations – and from our mobile clinic, which will collectively handle approximately 65,000 patient visits this year. However, our commitment to community doesn’t stop at the clinic door. We provide: •Hundreds of home visits every year for patients too ill or incapacitated to visit a clinic for treatment. •Screening and referral services linking eligible patients to public benefit programs and community resources, such as CalFresh and the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP). •School and community-based health care services via our state-of-the-art mobile clinic, along with participation at health fairs and sponsorship of pop-up clinics.
