Psychiatrist - RESPONSIBILITIES (listed are included but not limited to)
- The Psychiatrist executes government-mandated patient care schedules.
- Perform psychiatric assessments, evaluations, diagnoses, and interventions.

Psychiatrist - REQUIREMENTS
- Degree: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.).
- Education: Graduate from an accredited medical school in the United States or Canada.
- Internship/Residency: Successful completion of an internship and residency program which has been approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or the Committee on Postdoctoral Training of the American Osteopathic Association. After obtaining a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree, a candidate must have had at least 1 year of supervised experience providing direct service in a clinical setting (i.e., a 1-year internship or the first year of a residency program in a hospital or an institution accredited for such training).
- Experience: Shall have a minimum of 24 months within the last 36 months in similar field.
- Board Certification: Shall have national and/or state (required) approved and current board certification or board eligible certification in the specialty area in which they provide clinical services.
- Licensure/Certification: Active/unrestricted physician license from any state.
- Life Support Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS Certification.
- Security: Must possess ability to pass a government background check/security clearance.
