• 4-day work week for excellent work-life balance
• Inpatient role with a manageable census of 8 - 12 patients per provider
• Join a team of 5 psychiatrists and 4 mid-level providers
• Low note volume -- expected 10 - 12 notes per week
• Weekend on-call rotation of 1 weekend per month
• Alaska's only state-owned and operated psychiatric hospital
• Must be board-eligible or board-certified; Alaska license required at time of hire
