Hospital / Clinic Employed Psychiatry: Child & Adolescent Job in West Virginia, West Virginia
This position is offered as a hospital- or clinic-employed arrangement, meaning the employing organization serves as both recruiter and payer. As a W-2 employee, you would have compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling administered by the employer, along with an established clinical facility, support staff, and referral infrastructure already in place — allowing you to focus on clinical care of child and adolescent psychiatry patients rather than practice administration.
This same role is also listed under several other practice structures, including solo-independent, single-specialty group, multi-specialty group, academic, and community health center/FQHC arrangements, so this page reflects one of multiple ways the position can be structured. Compensation may be arranged as straight employment, an income guarantee, a contract, or an employment agreement with a production bonus, and the financial offering for this listing is noted as the national average tier. Emergency department call follows a 1:4 rotation.
The opening is a permanent role located in a West Virginia community with a population between 100,000 and 499,999. Candidates may be board certified or board eligible, trained as MD or DO, and may be American or foreign medical graduates; applicants at any experience level, from currently in training through very experienced, are considered, and the listed work authorizations include US Citizen, Green Card, H-1, J-1, and O-1 status.
