Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Job -- Coastal California -- New Compensation Package #2149
Our Client on the beautiful Central California Coast is searching for a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. This is a community mental health center with an opportunity to work in an Outpatient setting 40 hours per week as an employee of the county.
The salary range is newly increased and you may also work outside the system to earn extra income.
The doctor will provide psychiatric diagnostic and therapeutic services and other related work as required. Expectations also include the ability to: supervise, establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, staff, other professionals in the field; conduct medical and psychiatric evaluations; make diagnoses and prescribe treatment; conduct individual and group therapy; consult and cooperate with professional individuals and programs.

This position is specific for a Board Prepared or Board Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist. Requirements then are that the successful candidate would have a degree as an M.D. or D.O. with proved residency training in Psychiatry and a Fellowship in C&A Psychiatry.
