- Comprehensive adult PM&R practice with neurologic and spine conditions
- Monday - Friday schedule with 1:10 call coverage
- Majority outpatient practice with inpatient rehab rotation
- Collaborative work with neurosurgery and interventional pain specialists
- Electrodiagnostic studies and botulinum toxin injection opportunities
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation required
