Terrific Client with outpatient clinics in Elgin, IL and Buffalo Grove, IL.  Immediate opening for full-time or part-time physician: PM&R, EM, FP, IM all acceptable.  If you have joint and trigger point injection experience, that would be great. Will train the right candidate. Full-time can float between Elgin and Buffalo Grove or be at one site. This is a high energy practice of integrated medicine, regenerative medicine, progressive health and rehabilitation.
