Single-Specialty Group Pediatrics: Urology Job in Fargo, North Dakota
This Pediatric Urology position in Fargo, North Dakota is offered as a single-specialty group arrangement. You would join an established practice of physicians in your own specialty, where clinical infrastructure, staffing, billing, and administration are already in place. Call is typically shared across the group's physicians, and the group setting offers peer collaboration within your specialty along with shared business overhead, easing the individual administrative burden compared to solo practice.
This permanent role is structured as straight employment or as an employment agreement with a production bonus, with the financial offering listed at the National Average tier. Board Certified Urologist to join team of 5 Urologists and 3 Advanced practice providers.
PRACTICE DETAILS:
- Common cases include: hernias, hydroceles, orciopexies, circumcision, and hypospadias
- Approximately 50% pediatric patient
- Ages seen: 0-18 years
- Opportunity to build your practice in any/all of the following areas: Robotics and laser surgery, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, cystectomy, ESWL, PVP, TURP, Urolift, Botox, Interstim, MRI Fusion Biopsies, other male and female urological disorders
- Block Time in OR and Same Day Surgery
- Call currently is 1:6 with rotating weekends and holidays
