PEDIATRIC URGENT CARE / 14-16 SHIFTS / HELP DESIGN NEW PROGRAM
PRACTICE
*Hospital Employed Group Structure
*Organization has 15 UC providers and is adding two Pediatric UC providers
*14-16 shifts per month
*Clinic is 8a-8p M-F, 8a-7p SAT, and Noon-6p SUN
*New 14,000 sqft Clinic under construction
*Strong support system (have input into support staff desired)
*Full lab on-site / Cardio enzyme tests, etc.

*Compensation = Competitive salary $287,520 plus wRVU bonus range based on current providers (Expect to earn $400K to $450K per year) 6,136 threshold and pays $51/wRVU bonus over threshold
*Full benefits to include malpractice, tail coverage, health, CME, Sign-on($50K), relocation, etc.
