- Get $100K to $150K upfront as a retention bonus paid on start (5-year forgiveness)

- 4-day workweek, seeing an average of 20 to 25 outpatients per day
- Join 3 pediatrician and 2 APPs with a 1:4 call schedule with a goal of 1:5
- Primarily outpatient position with newborn rounding
- Inpatient call can include very rare C-section/delivery coverage
