Practice Details

QUALIFICATIONS: Required to have and maintain a valid, unrestricted state license to practice medicine in a state or a territory of the United States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or the District of Columbia and a current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration number. Successfully completed an internship and residency in an accredited U.S. Pediatric Training Program. A minimum of one (1) year of experience within the past three (3) years. Have and maintain current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. Be board certified or eligible for certification without additional education and training. TYPE OF WORK The duties include but are not limited to the following: Shall perform the services under the control and general supervision of either the Chief or Assistant, of the applicable Department. The contractor is subject, either by the contract's terms or the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees.
