seeking a candidate that is BC/BE who can provide care for pediatric patients at the level of quality care and compassion to which our patients have become accustomed. 

Package Includes: 

The practice is a traditional in-patient out-patient model with call 1:5. Pediatricians participate in a Pediatric Walk-in open Monday-Friday 4-8pm on an as-needed basis. As a hospital-employed physician salary is commensurate based on experience and consideration of MGMA guidelines and includes a two-year guaranteed salary followed by an incentivized compensation structure. A competitive benefits package includes 32 days of PTO per year sign-on bonus CME stipend malpractice insurance with tail relocation reimbursement and the payment of licenses and fees. Additional benefits available may include visa support loan forgiveness and a monthly stipend with the early signing of a contract while completing a residency program.
