Salary: $225,000-$250,000, Vacation: 160 hours, Personal time: 40 hours, CME: 40 hours, allowance of $2500, medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance that is 1.5x the provider’s salary, short-term and long-term disability, a 401k plan that NorthShore matches up to 4%, FTCA malpractice insurance
