You won’t find a better organization or group. Located between two communities of about 20000 people each. Employee (including physician) turnover is well below the national average. We’re adding medical staff members faster than we can build space for them we hired 25 physicians and midlevel providers in our last fiscal year. The Pediatric group consists of four physicians and three midlevel providers at this time. That’s split between three clinics. We currently have needs in two of those clinics with one departure and one retirement coming up. One opportunity would be to join our well-respected pediatric clinic on the hospital campus to replace one physician retiring from a HUGE practice. The other opportunity would be in a clinic 5 minutes from the hospital which also houses five family medicine physicians one internal medicine physician and two midlevel providers. It is the perfect location for someone preferring a solo practice with the freedom to tailor it to their preferences. Income potential in either location is unlimited. Our communities are family-friendly with lots of outdoor activities and sports. Enjoy a small-town feel with all of the amenities you need including a university. Also less than 1 hr to University of Illinois 2 hrs to St. Louis and Indianapolis.
Annual base salary - $205000 + work RVUs with unlimited potential
