This pediatrics position in Peachtree City, Georgia is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed arrangement, structured as straight employment under a contract. In this setup, the hospital or clinic serves as both your employer and the administrator of your compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and day-to-day scheduling, while also supplying the clinical facility, staff, and referral base.
