- Clinic hours 8 am - 5 pm with approximately 16 patients per day
- Gradual patient-volume ramp-up available for new hires
- Minimal after-hours call; nurse-triaged and limited to provider's own patients
- Weekend rotation across providers; typically no more than 6 weekends per year
