- Join 6 pediatricians supported by 7 - 9 nurses across 2 well-equipped offices
- Phone call only, every 5th - 6th night; no C-sections, deliveries, admitting, or emergencies
- Weekend nursery rounding every 5th - 6th weekend; hours approximately 8:15 am - 11 am
- Outpatient-focused with newborn nursery rounds built into the workday, typically 1 day per week
- In-house COVID, flu, and strep PCR testing plus cholesterol and vision screening on-site
