COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrics (PEDS)
- $200,000 - $220,000 base plus production - realistic income potential of $250,000+ annually
- Full medical, dental, and vision benefits for physician and dependents paid for by the practice
- Other benefits: $10,000 sign-on, $10,000 for relocation, 22 days PTO, $3,500 CME, 401K with 4% match, paid malpractice and license renewal
