About This Solo / Independent Practice Opportunity

This pain management (nonanesthesia) opportunity in Dallas, Texas is offered as a solo or independent practice arrangement. In this model, you would own and run your own practice rather than being employed: billing under your own name, building your own patient panel, and setting your own staffing, scheduling, and practice style. The recruiting organization typically supports this start-up phase through an income guarantee, while the day-to-day business responsibilities remain yours to direct.

This same position is also listed under several other practice structures, including single-specialty group, multi-specialty group, hospital/clinic/MSO employment, community health center/FQHC, and contract arrangements — so if independent ownership isn't the right fit, related options may be available under this listing. The financial offering for this role is listed at the national average tier.

The role carries no patient call and no emergency department call rotation. It is open to physicians who are board certified or board eligible, trained as MD or DO, and includes both American and foreign medical graduates, provided you hold US citizenship or a green card. Candidates across experience levels, from those currently in training to very experienced physicians, are considered.
