An established practice in the Phoenix, AZ area has a Pain Management Physician job opening. No call nights or weekends! This is 60% interventional procedures & 40% med management. The group wants a pain fellowship trained Physician (from accredited fellowship) with either anesthesia or PM&R residency. The group will accept experienced Pain Physicians or new pain fellows. This is a busy practice & sees 15K patients in various locations. The base salary is $300K-$375K as W-2+ production bonus. Full benefits include provided malpractice including tail coverage, health & dental insurance & 401K plan, (4) weeks vacation & $2,500 towards CME.
