• Monday - Friday clinic 8am - 4:30pm with OR time and call coverage
• 20 - 25 patients per day in clinic
• Coverage at three medical facilities
• Hospitalist assistance for admissions with answering service for call
• Provider-to-provider consultation during call
• General ENT procedures and surgery required -- adult and pediatric
• Ongoing coverage need
• 7 - 14 days per month schedule available
