Newly formed practice with full hospital supports seeks a General ENT to provide full spectrum of services. Large, established referral network is in place. Call will be shared between providers. Hospital employed position will provide a base salary of $430,000 plus RVU incentives for an earning potential of $460-530K. Complete benefit package including $50K commencement bonus, five weeks of vacation, one week of CME with stipend, full family health, dental and vision insurance as well as life and disability insurances will be provided.
