A general ENT in upstate NY is needed to replace a physician who relocated. This physician had a very busy practice with over 10,000 charts. The new physician will have the option to set up your own practice with full hospital support or start as a hospital employee. Cover just one 50 bed hospital. Possible call sharing of ENT patients and hospital call. Hospital will work with physician in staffing his/her office, equipping office and renovating office space. Hospital is willing to purchase equipment suitable to the OR. Service area 42,000.
A competitive income guarantee will be extended with excellent benefits including relocation assistance , immigration assistance if necessary ( no need to hire own immigration attorney) and malpractice. During the start up period, hospital pays for all reasonable practice expenses incurred the first year – no loan needed. Possible signing bonus as well. Income potential of 500K or more.
