DESCRIPTION: 

·        24-hour call and pager call from a nearby hotel with 30-minute response time

·        Coverage details: 3-10 shifts per month.

·        Procedures: Tubes, tonsils, adenoids, lip/tongue ties, cautery of nasal septum, nasal endoscopy, foreign body removal of ears/nose.

·        EMR: EPIC

·        Additional information upon request

REQUIRED: 

·        IL state license; active, unrestricted

·        Board Certified

·        PALS

·        DEA & CSR

·        Will consider active IMLC candidates with Letter of Qualification in hand

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
