We are looking for a general Orthopedic Surgeon to become part of our team of three other Surgeons. The additional Surgeon will have the ability to perform the entire range of general orthopedic cases. Surgeries are conducted in an Outpatient Surgery Center within our office or in the main OR in the hospital. Trauma is limited. This is an employed opening with a starting salary of $380,000 plus production incentives. There is a comprehensive benefits package with paid malpractice, medical, dental, vision and disability. Receive 120 hours of paid time off, a $3,500 CME stipend and a $3,000 allowance for licensure and dues. The new surgeon will also have a signing bonus and relocation assistance. This is a university town with a regional population of over 110,000. Situated 45 minutes outside of Columbia and 90 minutes to the coast. Cost of living is 13.5% below the national average.
