Orthopaedic Surgicalist opportunity that offers a flexible schedule and attractive work-life balance. This is an outpatient opportunity with no post op call. Ideal candidates will hold an active Massachusetts license and be proficient in Fracture Care; fellowship not required. Lucrative earning potential $3,500 paid per shift. Additional benefits include relocation, sign-on bonus, loan repayment and paid malpractice that includes tail coverage.. This is a surgicalist model - work five 24-hour shifts in a row, then have two weeks. Rarely get called in unless to stabilize a patient. Total of 10 days per month. Great location close to Boston and 2.5 hours to NYC.
