This is a new opportunity to step into an all outpatient position, joining the practice's owner who wants to slow down. Ideally, the new physician will eventually take over the practice. The employer's preference is for someone with surgical skills and an interest in creating and becoming the majority stakeholder in an Orthopedic Surgery Center. Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit would be ideal. You'll receive an income guarantee the first year, a slightly lower guarantee the second year and by the third year your income will be based on production. Production bonuses are available through the first and second years. Very lucrative earning potential with a well established group.
