The Medical Center has opened a search for a general orthopedic surgeon. This is an immediate opening created by growing demand with our ever expanding service area plus the departure of one of our excellent surgeons who is relocating to be nearer to his family.
- Call will be no more than 1:3.
- The selected candidates will be employed within the hospital family of corporations and we currently employ approximately 75 excellent providers who could basically practice anywhere in the country.
- Many of these employed providers are primary care so there is a built-in referral base.
- Additionally, our system is surrounded by smaller hospitals that are supported by primary care physicians only and therefore use our specialists.
- Our benefit package is second to none.
- We pay for all practice expenses and the orthopedic office has been recently upgraded to include two x-ray. Full relocation.
There are probably very few rural hospitals/systems like this Medical Center in the country. We have grown from 350 employees to 1,100. We have a substantial number of specialists who are supported by the regional primary care base.
