GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The heart of Silicon Valley seeks an Orthopedic Surgeon to join well established solo specialty group. The group has 4 offices in the Silicon Valley. The y are recruiting for the Los Gatos office serving El Camino Hospital Los Gatos. Call will be approximately 3 nights per month with some weekends rotating in. The group has PA's that work with each physician. The total joint replacement program will be the main component of the orthopedic physician’s work and the use of the anterior hip placement approach is preferred. The first year shall offer a $325,000 guarantee, 2nd year and beyond production model, a $10,000 relocation bonus and possible a sign on bonus. The group is actively engaged in Co-Management Programs in the area. Google co-management and healthcare providers for information.
