Seeking board certified/board qualified orthopedic surgeon with foot & ankle fellowship to join our Orthopedic Surgery team in Tampa, FL. Practice is located at St. Joseph's Hospital - Main Campus, a 560-bed hospital with Level II trauma services and provides outreach to 3 campuses. This position will participate in general orthopedics call. Competitive compensation package with initial two year guarantee of base salary with associated target wRVUs. Excellent benefits package includes paid malpractice. Must be an orthopedic surgeon who did an additional fellowship in foot and ankle. They will participate in general orthopedic call. There are three other orthopedic surgeons on the team and there are three physician assistants and one nurse practitioner. The hospital is 560-bed level II trauma center in Tampa. We are an employed group. Our compensation is wRVU-based. For the first two years, there is a guaranteed based and associated target wRVUs. Base is determined using a blend of national compensation surveys and is contingent up training, board certifications, experience and such.
