Asante is seeking a Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in Grants Pass, Oregon. Our group currently has 4 Orthopedic Surgeons, 3 Physician Assistants, and an excellent support staff! Candidate must be board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery and have completed a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint. Highlights of the opportunity include: - Starting base salary of $500,000 - Performance incentives of up to 16% of base - $50,000 signing bonus - $12,500 relocation assistance - $7000 annual CME allotment - Excellent health, dental, vision & retirement benefits - 6 weeks of paid time off per year Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of residency training in an ACGME accredited Orthopedic Surgery program and completion of an Adult Reconstruction fellowship program. License / Certification: MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners; Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from American Heart Association; Board Certified / Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery by the American Board of Medical Specialties; Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges; Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital’s programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
