About This Multi-Specialty Group Opportunity

This Retina position in Greenville, North Carolina is offered as a Multi-Specialty Group arrangement, one of several practice structures under which this permanent role is available, including single-specialty, hospital/clinic/MSO-employed, and academic settings. In a multi-specialty group, you practice alongside physicians across many specialties within one organization, with referral relationships largely internal and administrative functions handled centrally — a framework that can help build a patient panel and reduces the administrative load of an independent practice.

The role is structured as an employed position, offered either as straight employment or with a production bonus, and the financial offering is listed at the Open tier. Relocation assistance and a signing bonus are available. Patient call follows a 1:6 or better rotation within the group, and there is no emergency department call associated with this position.

Candidates may be board certified or board eligible, MD or DO trained, and either American or foreign medical graduates; both experienced and very experienced physicians are considered. The position is based in a community sized between 50,000 and 99,999 residents.
