Acclaimed regional hospital is looking to add a Perinatologist to their very busy consultative practice. Currently there are 3 Perinatologists. The ideal candidate will be strong in ultrasound procedures, be a great team player and feel comfortable with the full gamut of obstetric and maternal-fetal services. The group provides full prenatal care and has the capacity to participate in deliveries. Back up coverage is provided to the generalists that do the bulk of the deliveries. There are no in-house call responsibilities. Position will operate and deliver out of 1 hospital and there are no other call responsibilities at other hospitals. The group employs 5 nurse practitioners,. 3 Genetic Counselors, 3 RDA Diabetic Educators, and 13 Sonographers. The size of the practice and its popularity allows them to see approximately 100 patients per day through the main office. Other highlights are employment, hours 8-5, highly competitive compensation in the top 90% MGMA, 200 hours PTO. 1 week CME with CME allowance plus much more! There is no state income tax, so earnings go farther.
