This OBGYN: General position in Brownsville, Texas is offered as a Single-Specialty Group arrangement, in which you would join an established practice of physicians in your own specialty. Clinical infrastructure, staffing, billing, and administration are already in place, and call is shared across the group's physicians. The group structure offers peer collaboration within your specialty and shared business overhead, with less individual administrative burden than solo practice. Compensation is structured through an income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with a production bonus, and the financial offering is listed in the $275,000–$299,999 range. A signing bonus, training stipend, and loan assistance are included. Patient call within the group follows a 1:3 rotation, and there is no emergency department call associated with this position.

Overview:
· Clinic schedule is Monday thru Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
· On-Call is 1:3
· 50% OB 50% GYN; average deliveries per month for the team is 150 – 3 physicians

Requirements:
· Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
