This Medical Center, located 20 miles from downtown Dallas, is seeking a board certified/board eligible OBGYN to join a 2022 residency graduate who starts in October. This will be a hospital supported startup single specialty practice.

About the Practice:
· This will be a 2-physician practice
· 5 weekdays 1 weekend of call per month
· 7 days of call & beyond pays $800 per day
· You’ll make 4 physician call group that covers births for one another
· Clinic call 1:3
About the Service Line:
· Brand New Davinci Robot
· Hospital Does 1,200+ Deliveries per year
· 4 Labor & Delivery Suites (adding to it)
· 1 OR dedicated to C-sections
· C-Sections require either 2 physicians or 1 physician & 1st assist
· One of the scrub techs also serves as a 1st assist
· Good general surgery back up
· Starting new urology service line
· Level 2 Nursery, 4 NICU beds
· Accredited Texas Ten Step Breast Feeding Program
· Neonatologist on call 24/7
· Respiratory therapists available 24/7 for high-risk deliveries
· High risk deliveries transferred to Baylor
· Heart Issues transferred go to Children’s Hospitals
