• Partnership Opportunity
• Replacement position 
• Succeeding a physician with a FULL practice (no ramp up period)
• 1:4 Call
• Hospital had 1,600 Deliveries in 2020
• 3 Physicians and 3 Certified Nurse Midwives who all deliver
• Very supportive hospital C-suite

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• 12 Labor & Delivery Suites
• 2 Caesarean Suites next to Delivery
• 32 bed level 2 nursery with ADC of 14-15
• 5 bed pediatric unit / birth to 18-year-old (ADC of 2-3)
• High risk deliveries transferred to Nashville, Knoxville or Chattanooga
• Hospital EMR is Paragon
• Adult and Pediatric Hospitalist Program
• MD and CRNA anesthesia available 24/7
• Robotics available – X1 & X
• Pediatric cardiologist on staff
• 7 Pediatricians in Community

COMPENSATION:

• Starting Salary of $350K
• Ancillary Income & Real Estate equity
• Earning potential $550K -$600K/ year
• Sign-on Bonus & Relocation Stipend
• CME allowance
• Residency Stipend
