• In-house 24-hour call -- 7 am to 7 am shifts
• No back-to-back shifts -- provider safety prioritized
• Approximately 2 deliveries per day
• Hospital-based OB hospitalist service
• Covers 16 weeks gestation through immediate postpartum
• C-sections and high-risk delivery skills required
• Ongoing coverage need -- multiple shifts per month
• Hospital privileges required
