This OBGYN: General position in Asheville, North Carolina is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed arrangement. In this structure, the hospital or clinic serves as both recruiter and employer: you work as a W-2 employee while the organization administers compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and provides the clinical facility, staff, and referral infrastructure. Compensation here is structured as an employment agreement with production bonus, with the financial offering listed at the national average tier. Call responsibilities include:
- A patient call rotation of 1:6 or better
- An emergency department call rotation of 1:6 or better
The role is open to board certified and board eligible physicians trained through allopathic or osteopathic programs, including both American and foreign medical graduates, and is available to candidates who are currently in training, recently trained, or experienced.
