This position is offered as a single-specialty group opportunity, where you join an established group of physicians in general OBGYN. Clinical infrastructure, staffing, billing, and administration are already in place, and call is typically shared among the group's physicians. This arrangement is structured as an employment relationship, with a defined partnership opportunity available. It is also offered under an employed arrangement with a hospital/clinic/MSO structure, so you can evaluate which fits your goals.
Compensation is structured through an income guarantee as well as an employment agreement with a production bonus, with the financial offering listed as Open. Relocation assistance, a signing bonus, and loan assistance are included. Emergency department call for this role follows a 1:3 rotation.

I am seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN physician to join a very busy practice in Lexington, Kentucky. The main admitting hospital has a state-of-the-art maternity building dedicated exclusively to women’s services. The average number of daily visits is 25–30 and the group shares a reasonable call schedule. Some of the in-office capabilities include colposcopy, LEEP, ultrasound, sonohysterogram and cryotherapy.
This position will offer a competitive salary guarantee with potential production-driven quarterly bonuses. Opportunity for
partnership is available after one year.
