Solo / Independent Practice OBGYN: General Job in Lake City, Florida
This general OBGYN opportunity in Lake City, Florida is offered as a solo/independent practice arrangement, meaning you would own and run your own practice rather than working as an employee. In this model, you bill under your own name, build your own patient panel, and control staffing, scheduling, and practice style, while the recruiting organization typically supports your start-up — here through an income guarantee. This structure offers the highest degree of autonomy along with the financial upside of ownership, in exchange for taking on the business and administrative responsibilities yourself.
This same position is also listed under single-specialty and multi-specialty group employment structures, so if independent practice isn't the right fit, related paths are available. The financial offering for this listing is noted at the national average tier. There is no emergency department call associated with this role.
Candidates may be board certified or board eligible, trained as MDs or DOs, and either American or foreign medical graduates; U.S. citizenship or a green card is required. Physicians at any stage — from those currently in training to very experienced practitioners — are considered.
