Our client is located in Cleveland, TN which is 25 miles NE of Chattanooga. We are actively seeking a general neurologist for a traditional inpatient/outpatient employed practice who is interested in managing a wide variety of acute neurological problems including stroke. We have recently added an AAA+ general neurologist who commenced practice in Sept. 2014 and already has a 3 month wait for new patients! The client has a primary and secondary service area of 200,000. We currently have one active staff neurologist and one consulting who sees office patients only. We would like to add one more by the end of 2015 to serve the needs of our growing patient population. We work closely with the Regional Stroke Center in Chattanooga, TN, in a joint venture to provide consultation services for stroke patients who present for treatment and also to streamline the process of transfers when appropriate.
