$275-330k yr after year 1, independent practice-tailored to you, see patients only-admin staff in place to free you up!

· 75 team members. This is fun and efficiently run practice who enjoys MDs that stay 20 plus years with them!
· 22 years in practice
· 7 MDs, 3 PAs and 1 NP currently
· 1 location w/in-house lab and XRAY in Northwest San Antonio near USAA med center
· Culture of trust, flexibility and being open.
· 25% Medicare patients
About the Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician role:
· 15-25 patient per day. Patient panel already in place.
· Ages 16 and up only, NO KIDS under 16 seen here
· Mon-fri, call 1:7
· AllScripts EMR
· MA and floaters there to cover for you, CEO that has your back and will do everything to help you succeed.
· This position is open because of a retirement.
Benefits:
· $260k/yr base salary…or a lower base with sign on and relo. Then $275-325k yr earning potential after year 1
