Solo / Independent Practice Internal Medicine: Outpatient Only Job in Aiken, South Carolina
This outpatient-only Internal Medicine position in Aiken, South Carolina is offered as a solo or independent practice arrangement. In this model, you own and run your own practice rather than being employed: you bill under your own name, build your own patient panel, and control staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day practice style. An income guarantee is part of the financial structure supporting this arrangement, helping offset the start-up period while you establish your practice. This structure offers the greatest autonomy, along with the administrative and business responsibilities that come with ownership.
This same role is also listed under other practice structures, including single-specialty group, multi-specialty group, and employed by hospital/clinic/MSO/other arrangements, so you can consider which structure best fits how you want to practice. The financial offering for this listing is noted as open.
Emergency department call for this position follows a 1:4 rotation. Candidates may be board certified or board eligible, MD or DO trained, and either American or foreign medical graduates; both U.S. citizens and green card holders are eligible, and physicians currently in training, recently trained, or experienced are all welcome to apply.
