Physician Multi-specialty Group seeks FP/IM for state-of-the-art 53,000 square foot medical facility in New York. Geographically, this group operates 30 clinics in the Mid Hudson Region consisting of Duchess, Putnam, Orange, Ulster, Columbia and Green counties. Each of the major sub-groups have been serving the patient populations of this region for over 20 years.
This physician group was approved by the Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative (CPCI) as one of 75 clinics across the country based on recognition of advanced primary care delivery by accreditation bodies, service to patients covered by participating payers and participation in practice transformation activities.
M-F 8-5 with extended hours until 7:30P
1 Day per Week is late shift 12 noon-7:30P
Sat/Sun 8-12 if provider prefers a non-traditional schedule
1 Saturday shift per month is required
