Premier Internal Medicine Opportunity in NYC
An independent Internal Medicine-focused physician group of 3 active physicians based on the Upper West Side of Manhattan is currently seeking to add a 4th provider due to recent patient demand and growth. This group was founded by several of New York City’s leading physicians and has been providing comprehensive, individualized care and medical advocacy to its patients for over 35 years.
While the focus of the practice is primary care, candidates with subspecialties are welcome to apply. Two of the current providers occasionally utilize their subspecialties - Infectious Diseases and Nephrology – in certain instances, although most of their work is in Internal Medicine. The office is in an affluent neighborhood on the ground floor of a pre-war residential building looking out onto Central Park, and they are currently in the market looking for a second Manhattan-based location that will replicate the high-end aesthetic of the current office. The practice is 100% private pay and does not accept walk-in appointments.
The group believes that the cornerstone of great care is a strong patient-physician relationship and emphasizes this by curating the number of patients that the physicians care for and by providing extended face-to-face visits and interactions.
