Venice Florida-BC/BE Outpatient Internal Medicine

Community hospital with 300-beds that provides a comprehensive array of medical services to the greater Venice area. The market is currently in need of additional primary care providers (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine). The primary care practices in the Venice community have limited new patient appointments and are scheduling as far as 8 weeks.  Seeking two primary care physicians to join the primary care group that is expanding based on community need.  Position Highlights:  Employed opportunity with private group (hospital is supporting recruitment with income guarantee).  Call schedule 1 in 3 (eventually 1 in 4) – will utilize hospitalist service for all inpatient admissions / inpatient call.  Compensation Package May Include:  Competitive base salary, Commencement bonus, Assistance with medical education debt, Residency/Fellowship Stipend (if applicable), Relocation assistance.
