Structure/Incentives: practice owed by two physicians. They seek a third physician to be an independent and share the office. There is no partnership. Straight production after year one guarantee.

PRACTICE INFORMATION
 
Well established internal medicine practice recruiting to add one independent physician.  Office sharing and expense sharing. Traditional internal medicine. East Bay Area of San Francisco 30 minutes from downtown.  One year guarantee of at least $250,000 and then production with no cap on income. All expenses which include malpractice insurance are shared. There is no partnership arrangement at this time. There is some shared cell phone call. This practice is associated with Alta Bates and Summit Hospitals. Physician will be asked to join medical staff at both hospitals. The area is 35 to 40% medicare. Private schools close by. The practice will begin taking on new patients that will be delegated to new hire as soon as a con tract is signed. The practice is in an office building fairly close to Hospital. No hospital work at all.

 This area of California is crowded and expensive but also chalked with great entertainment, shopping, sports and out doors activities. Most physicians live in the hills and reverse commute. 20 miles for UC Berkeley and 30 miles to downtown San Francisco.  A lovely drive to the wine country or the Pacific Ocean.
