General: The primary care CBOC has a need for 2 FTE Internal Medicine / Physician Services.
VA Business Hours: WI CBOC - Rice Lake or Chippewa Falls VA Health Care System Primary Care clinic hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. -4:30 p.m. except Federal holiday’s.
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., unless covering within the Urgent Care physician will work 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
SERVICES REQUIRED: Board Certified / Eligible in Internal Medicine / Family Practice Physician to work within the outpatient primary care clinic or urgent care as needed Monday through Friday.
Standards of Practice: The medical practice and patient care provider by Contractor shall be evidence based best practice that meets or exceed all standards of professional practice and performance measure applicable to WI- CBOC – Rice Lake or Chippewa Falls VA Health Care System medical professional, including, but not limited to TJC standards and ACP current practice guidelines.
